Hi! I’m Lauren Harris M.Ed., LPC-Associate, NCC, supervised by Laura Dickinson, LPC-S and Taylor Spiker, LPC-S.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, and deeply value creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, acceptance, and empathy. My hope is to provide a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, I attended the University of Texas at Austin for my undergraduate degree before earning my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Christian University.

My passion for counseling began through years of nannying and later working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at the Child Study Center at Cook’s Children’s, where I worked closely with neurodivergent children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. I also interned at All Saints’ Episcopal School, supporting students from early childhood through high school.

I feel incredibly grateful to be doing work I care so deeply about and look forward to walking alongside clients and families in their growth and healing journeys.
